As of todays regulations you may come and collect the lots you bought personally, but only on appointment. We want to avoid meetings and queues, so kindly send us an email or call us to make an appointment. Collection without an appointment is not advised.
We ship the parcels with DHL. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Kindly trace your parcel with this number, since DHL has declared that they deliver parcels without asking for a signature oft he receiver. For further information see here.
